School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Near San Mateo, CA

Position Type: Full‑Time
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students, collaborate with a supportive staff, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who require speech and language services.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Support students across a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and AAC
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
ASHA CCC‑SLP preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
