Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Location Washington, DC
Responsibilities
Keep our FOH & BOH operations running smoothly to the company’s standards.
Hold the team accountable while sticking to our operational procedures.
Use financial indicators to measure and boost productivity.
Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to meet team and business needs.
Respond to all guest and staff communications/feedback promptly and effectively.
Master the use of all necessary tools, utensils, equipment, and software (e.g., restaurant management software).
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience
Flexible work schedule and reliable transportation.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Financial savvy to analyze and interpret financial data.
Experience with P&L is a MUST.
Proficiency with restaurant management software and other relevant tools.
