Senior Engagement & Operations Manager / Project Manager I
The Senior User Experience (UX) Engagement & Operations Manager will be part of the ATS User Experience team, orchestrating and optimizing how business partners, product managers, design team members, and engineering teams create products that improve usability and business value for Customer employees and partners.
Opportunities
Manage a pipeline of UX engagements from intake through delivery and plan appropriate resourcing
Organize and ensure communication of UX status, issues, forecasts, and metrics
Advocate for design thinking in planning and delivery
Facilitate design reviews and post‑mortems
Enhance program management and incorporate design thinking into planning
Lead operational strategy of the UX team
Standardize and mature prioritization and resource planning

What You Need
7+ years of project/program management experience in design or UX orgs
Experience triaging work and launching digital solutions
Advanced understanding of UX principles
Advanced facilitation, negotiation, and consensus‑building skills
Advanced written and verbal communication

Compensation Range:
$88,000–$132,000
Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
