Own a portion of the personalization strategy and end‑to‑end roadmap, focusing on making travel discovery and decision‑making more relevant and effortless. Define prioritization frameworks such as traveler preferences & intent, including which attributes to capture in the user profile, how to infer them from behavior and conversations, and how to replay them across the experience. Collaborate with the Data & AI team to develop new models ensuring high accuracy to build user trust. Drive alignment across functions—engineering, data & AI, design, brand, analytics, and other product teams—to ensure personalization features are consistent, scalable, and clearly tied to traveler experience and business impact. Support a culture of testing and learning: define platform metrics, launch experiments, and iterate based on measurable results. Evangelize the personalization vision across Expedia Group, using strong communication and influence skills to drive clarity and momentum across teams. Experience and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business‑related field (required); MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus or equivalent related professional experience. 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years working on personalization, recommendation systems, ranking, or AI/ML‑powered products in a consumer technology setting. Demonstrated success in defining and shipping products that rely on user‑level signals and behavioral data to drive relevance. Strong technical acumen: comfortable working closely with data scientists, engineers, and architects to shape system capabilities and deliver high‑quality features. Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to define KPIs and draw actionable insights from data. Excellent collaboration and influence skills—able to align diverse teams, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and navigate ambiguity.
