We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient

Adobe Workfront and Fusion Architect

to lead the design and implementation of enterprise workflow and project management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in

Adobe Workfront

and

Adobe Fusion , with a strong understanding of

AEM Content Management

and a

consulting mindset

to guide teams through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented leader who can bridge business needs with technical execution across marketing, content, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design

Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Adobe Workfront and Fusion.

Design end-to-end workflows that integrate with AEM for content creation, approval, and publishing.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical designs and roadmaps.

Integration & Automation

Design integrations between Workfront, AEM, and other enterprise systems using Adobe Fusion. Guide the Implementation teams.

Automate marketing and content workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing strategic guidance on Workfront and Fusion implementations.

Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations.

Provide recommendations based on industry best practices.

Platform Governance & Optimization

Define and enforce governance standards for Workfront usage, templates, and reporting.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

Support change management and user adoption strategies.

Documentation & Enablement

Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials.

Deliver enablement sessions for administrators, end-users, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in solution and enterprise architecture, systems integration, or marketing technology.

4+ years of hands‑on experience with

Adobe Workfront

and

Adobe Fusion .

Proven experience in a

consulting or client‑facing role , with strong presentation and communication skills.

Solid understanding of project management, marketing operations, and workflow automation.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Working knowledge of

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , especially in content management and digital asset workflows.

Adobe certifications in Workfront, Fusion, or AEM.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise content lifecycle management.

Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools or similar MarTech platforms.

Soft Skills

Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem‑solving.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross‑functional team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,300 – $211,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
