As General Manager of the Southpark S/C store, you will lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, drive profitable sales growth, and create a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will align store operations with the brand vision and serve as the link between that vision and daily execution. What You’ll
Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive key performance indicators. Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, and product operations. Manage store budget, daily operations, and P&L support. Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people. Coach and provide feedback to ensure team performance excellence. Teach and train staff to build capabilities. Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives. Create an inclusive environment and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies. Represent the brand, understand competitors, and promote community involvement. Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Ensure all compliance standards are met. Who You Are
3‑5 years of retail experience leading others. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate effectively. Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, office; work with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required. Strong business acumen, time management, planning, and prioritization skills. Benefits at Old Navy
