Overview
Oversee all biomedical and imaging services for a large hospital. Lead the clinical engineering team, manage regulatory compliance, drive capital projects, and ensure reliable, high-quality technology support across the facility.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop clinical engineering staff.
Oversee maintenance and repair of clinical devices and imaging equipment.
Ensure compliance with CIHQ, DNV, TJC, and all regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, purchasing, vendor contracts, and capital project planning.
Improve operational performance and service quality.
Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
5+ years hands‑on experience with clinical device maintenance.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, TJC).
Proven leadership and financial management skills.
Ideal Candidate Hands‑on operational leader with deep HTM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance, compliance, and technology reliability in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
