Save Job

About Us At Rox, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.

Underlying all of this success is a unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team Nothing is possible without the world‑class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

Founded and exited successful companies

Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic

Published field‑defining papers

We’re backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

We are led by founder Ishan Mukherjee — an accomplished entrepreneur with mulitple prior exits who blends deep technical engineering experience from Amazon and Apple with sales leadership experience from his time as Chief Growth Officer at New Relic. You’ll work directly with Ishan and the exec team on high‑leverage product bets.

Your Role As the Lead iOS / MacOS Engineer at Rox, you'll be at the forefront of creating AI‑native experiences that seamlessly blend the Rox agent swarm capabilities with Apple desktop and mobile applications. We're not just building traditional software – we're crafting intelligent applications that understand, adapt, and respond to users and companies. By leveraging cutting‑edge AI capabilities and deep OS‑level integrations, you'll help develop applications that transform revenue teams.

Responsibilities

Craft fluid, intelligent interactions in SwiftUI — adding purposeful UIKit/AppKit where precision and control are required

Build real‑time experiences: server‑streamed conversations (SSE/WebSockets), incremental rendering, and resilient background/foreground handoff

Integrate deeply with the OS: NSStatusItem menu bar surfaces, notifications, background tasks, multi‑window experiences, and secure data handling

Lead audio intelligence on macOS: CoreAudio/AVFoundation pipelines, device taps/aggregation, and latency‑sensitive transcription UX

Set performance budgets and hit them: cold‑start, layout/jank, memory/CPU/GPU profiling, and rendering optimizations

Raise reliability: crash/performance monitoring (Sentry), observability, guardrails, and incident playbooks

Partner with AI/backend on typed OpenAPI clients and streaming protocols to unlock new agent capabilities

Level up the team: standards, code review excellence, mentorship, and help recruit the Apple platforms group
