About the Role As a

Front-Line Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is essential in ensuring each customer has a positive and seamless experience at Midas.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.

Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended services.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized customer waiting area.

Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any questions or concerns.

Uphold Midas’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software are a plus.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team.
