13597 - Kelly Education Recruiter - Onsite in Maryland Heights, MO Responsibilities Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience required Excellent verbal and written communicator Customer service focus MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required Ability to travel up to 10% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
