An energetic, enthusiasticRecruiterto join our fast-growing and dynamic team. Whatyou’llbe doing: The responsibilitiesof this position will varybut will be primarily focused onresume sourcing, initial phone screens, proactive outreaches of potential candidates,andscheduling /coordination of the interview process. The expectation is that this person will be in-person, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Remote work and flexible schedulingwill beavailable as needed. This position is one we hold in high regardin order tomaintainour excellence in hiring the best candidates within the security industry. Specific duties to include: Update job descriptions, including crafting those for new positions Postnew requisitionsusingapplicanttrackingsystem, LinkedIn,Indeed, and NextGen website Proactive resume sourcing forcandidatesatall NextGen offices Coordination and management of theinterview process from start to finish, including excellent candidate communication Oversight ofapplicanttrackingsystem,including crafting posting questions andappropriate candidateresponses Manage documentation associated with an applicant from phone screen to in-person interview Conduct initial phone screens of candidates Comply withall applicable lawsin regards tohiring Manage recruiter relationships as needed Maintain resume database, reaching out to past candidates for open positions as needed Initiate and manage reference process for all candidates Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and Director of HR What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Human Resources, Communications, or relatedfield. Proficient withcomputer, business solutions, and Microsoft Office software. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbalmannerto customers, vendorsand to those within the company. Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workersand other personnelat all times. Commitment to integrity andCompanyStandards and Procedures. Attention to detail and accuracy isa mustand ability to handle confidential information.
