Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, interpreting, and translating communications, legal, and high-level documents in both Japanese and English
Translate documents related to government licenses and various contracts.
Arrange and coordinate special projects, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and events.
Receive and screen incoming communication in the forms of phone calls and emails.
Assist with company new projects by coordinating internally and externally.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Interact with associates at all levels of the organization in a professional and supportive manner.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills: Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Fluent in Japanese and English. Able to translate from Japanese to English, and from English to Japanese.
Able to provide clerical support to executives, using Japanese and English language skills.
