DYNAMIC AND GROWING REAL ESTATE COMPANY SEEKING ACCOUNTING MANAGER $125K-$145K Plus Bonus! Senior Management is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for: Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting of portfolio, including financial statements, general ledger, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and budgeting and expense management processes. Establish corporate budget and P&L variance review. Review asset level financial statements, assist asset management. Work with third party property management and asset management. Oversee disposed assets and work with asset management to close out accounting and final tax package. Review contribution and distribution calculations. Work with project management and asset management to ensure draws are submitted in a timely manner. Review CAM and Tax and Insurance reconciliations. Tax familiarity with 1031 exchanges, TIC, K-1's and real estate partnerships, waterfalls, etc... Review monthly and quarterly updates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related. 5+ years of experience. CPA preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
