IT Project Manager - SaaS ($115K) Tampa (Onsite/Hybrid)

Green Card or Citizen requirement | Tampa Hybrid Tues/Wed/Thu We are looking for an Implementation-heavy Project Manager (Remote eligible) to spearhead SaaS implementations for our Healthcare clients. This is a permanent employee role for someone who is experienced with project planning for end-to-end delivery, including kickoffs, milestones, managing scope, and keeping implementations timely and within budget. Ideally we are looking for a PM experienced with tight delivery times for Healthcare environments and proven experience leading successful end to end SaaS implementations from kickoff through to post go-live. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the successful completion of a projects deliverables Has the lead role on a project team and serves as the primary contact Documents project scope within SOW Manages changes in scope in accordance with change control procedures Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical path Drives collaboration between functional teams and customers to achieve milestones and deliverables Ensures project plan decisions are documented Identifies and mitigates risks Documents actions items and verifies theyre completed Facilitates meetings. Ensures agenda and minutes are published Responsible for ensuring project artifacts are stored in a location in line with company policies and are accessible by appropriate team members Manages resource bookings for assigned project(s) Responsible for reporting on the status of a project and escalating issues Drafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) wherever appropriate Requirements: 5 years experience as a project manager preferably with the experience of delivering SaaS software on time. Experienced in detailed project planning, project governance, capacity planning, and project budgeting. Documentation heavy - ideal candidate has successfully created, shared and stored project plans throughout career Working knowledge delivering SaaS product to healthcare industry is

a big plus Proficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies Professional experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Project - for project plan documentation required Unable to sponsor or hold visas - must have permanent work authorization.
