Position Summary The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to one of our physicians and the President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The EA serves as a reliable point of coordination between clinical and executive functions, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Manage executives’ daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and PowerPoint presentations Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including letters, memoranda, and reports Serve as primary contact between executives, staff, physicians, and external partners Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and financial reporting as needed Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive or proprietary information Handle a variety of clerical and administrative functions, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Experience 4+ years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership 1+ year of experience in a healthcare organization preferred Project management experience a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management abilities Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity Demonstrated reliability, strong work attendance, and longevity in prior roles Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer match Benefits begin the first of the month following hire date (for full-time employees) Generous paid sick and vacation time 7 paid holidays annually Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee referral reward program About Premier Orthopaedics & Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center (PHSC) are leading providers of comprehensive musculoskeletal care throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
