We are looking for an Accounting Manager who can manage our accounting staff and provide excellent service for our clients from our office location in Woodbridge, VA. Minimum Qualifications 5 minimum years of relevant experience Supervisory experience Proven experience in at least audits, taxes, or all accounting QuickBooks Pro (Desk/Online) or Sage 50 US Edition Drake Tax Software a plus DCAA/Government Contract accounting a plus Small business accounting experience a plus Required Soft Skills Integrity Leadership Learner Agile Nimble Innovative Excellent customer service skills Dependable Job Descriptions Supervision of Work Review and approve work of staff accountants and consultants, ensuring accuracy and quality Assign client work to staff Ensure implementation of monthly processes & procedures Set targets & monitor deliverables Managing Clients Serves as main point of contact for clients Lead and participate in client meetings Provide solutions to client and accounting issues as they arise Other Responsibilities Substitute for Managing Partner in his absence If you are interested in applying for this position: 1) Resume and three references.
