Job Overview WE ARE HIRING Pay: $140.00 - $150.00 per day Our company is a contractor for Fedex. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated FedEx Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently while ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role involves operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks, and requires a strong focus on safety and compliance with all driving regulations. Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations. Follow designated routes while adhering to delivery schedules and traffic laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Skills Must be 21 or older Able to pass background check, Drug Screen and DOT physical Experience with route driving and courier services is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
