We are seeking a Pathologist in Tennessee for a dynamic locum tenens opportunity starting Sep 1, 2025. This 40-week assignment involves evaluating and diagnosing a variety of surgical anatomic and clinical pathology cases. The schedule includes two days per week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., focusing on tissues ranging from breast to skin.
Job Details
  • Location: Tennessee
  • Start Date: Sep 1, 2025
  • LOA: 40 weeks
  • Provider Type Needed: Pathologist
  • Schedule: 2 days a week (roughly 19 hours); any two days from Monday to Friday, preferred back-to-back

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate and diagnose surgical anatomic and clinical pathology cases
  • Regularly handle cases involving breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, gynecologic, pulmonary, and skin tissues
  • Focus on gynecology cytopathology and histological examinations
  • Utilize Epic EMR system to document and manage cases

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology
  • Must be licensed in Tennessee
  • A knack for Cytopathology and/or Hematopathology is a welcomed asset
