Senior Business Analyst - Republic Indemnity
Join the dynamic team at Republic Indemnity, a leader in the insurance industry. This role focuses on database development and business analysis for Workers Compensation insurance systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Location & Schedule Calabasas office, hybrid schedule: 1 day in office, 4 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable dashboards using Cognos and Tableau.
Design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions to support analytical and operational reporting.
Perform data analysis and querying using Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, and other database platforms.
Document business processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring clear communication with IT and development teams.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and systems, fostering continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of related experience in insurance systems, particularly Workers Compensation.
Hands‑on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Snowflake, Cognos, Tableau, and ETL processes.
Strong command of data modeling and modern data platforms.

Salary Range $134,000.00 – $165,000.00
