Job Summary USFF is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role supports the accounting department with day‑to‑day financial operations, including A/P billing, credit‑card and use‑tax reconciliation, invoicing for construction projects, and tracking jobs and commissions. The right person is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel. Experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero is required. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, along with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
