The Quoting & Renewals Specialist ensures operational excellence in pricing, deal registration, and renewals management for one of Climb’s cybersecurity and network security vendor. You’ll manage inbound quote requests, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with sales and vendor operations to deliver fast, accurate quotes and renewal visibility that drive partner satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Process all quote requests accurately and within established SLAs. Support sellers in building multi-product quotes across cybersecurity and network security solutions (e.g., firewalls, access points, switches, and software subscriptions). Maintain renewal pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for visibility across partners and vendors. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and refresh opportunities during the renewal cycle. Partner with vendor and Climb finance teams to apply flexible pricing and payment options. Ensure accuracy in pricing, SKUs, and deal registration data across quoting systems. Track renewals proactively and coordinate with partners for early engagement. Support operational efficiency initiatives to improve quoting turnaround and renewal conversion rates. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales operations, renewals, or quoting (distribution or vendor background preferred). Strong understanding of cybersecurity and network security product portfolios and licensing models. Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM, ERP, or quoting platforms used in channel or distribution environments. Customer-first mindset with a focus on responsiveness and accuracy.
