Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee the timely and effective repair and troubleshooting of production machinery and facility infrastructure.
Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing and leading a team of maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., LOTO, confined space).
Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies applied to maintenance.
Certification in a relevant area such as Project Management (PMP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Proficiency in advanced CMMS administration and data analytics for performance optimization.
Experience with robotics and industrial automation systems.
