Work one‑on‑one with residents; develop and implement creative programs; establish and oversee partnerships that support residents in successfully maintaining housing. Access education and employment services; and resource activities and services that will contribute to a positive sense of community at a supportive housing facility for formerly homeless and very low‑income single adults. Foster a trauma informed care environment through collaboration with property and programming staff, external partners, and the residents. Additional Requirement
Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business. Coalition Benefits

Provide excellent internal and external customer service, engendering an atmosphere of teamwork, trust, respect, and collaboration. Contribute to the development of a safe, sustainable community by fostering collaborative partnerships among program clients/residents and staff. Increase participants’ access to and engagement in mental health and substance abuse treatment services through an interdisciplinary team approach. Maintain strong communication and cooperation with social services and property management staff. Establish on‑going communication with residents, individually and collectively, to determine areas of need. Facilitate the Housing Retention Program at Fusion, which includes weekly subcommittee meetings, conducting client interventions, and follow‑up tracking. Effectively assess and diffuse crisis situations that may occur on‑site by using de‑escalation techniques, calling proper authorities in the event of an emergency, and thoroughly communicating and documenting incidents and outcomes as appropriate. Ensure completion of required paperwork and program database entries, including HMIS, EHR, CMT, Safety Zone, and all accounting forms in a timely manner. Qualifications Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required. Minimum of two years’ experience providing educational and/or social services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness or co‑occurring disorders. Experience in mental health, substance use, permanent supportive housing, and crisis intervention strongly preferred. Demonstrated competency in working with people from diverse backgrounds and ability levels. Compensation
