Delivery Specialist - Hub-1 at O'Reilly Auto Parts
Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center in a safe and efficient manner. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must hold a legally required state driver’s license and meet company‑mandated driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on a set route, delivering to the appropriate store. Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure; be familiar with accident report guidelines. Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliveries must be made according to schedule; any delays are reported to the city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores on the route. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations; communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management. Clock in/out according to company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating the vehicle each day. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager. Ensure the fuel tank is filled, lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day’s business. Drive safely and defensively. Qualifications & Skills
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18‑point record system. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired). Total Compensation Package
