TRAINER – PRODUCTION 3 / MACHINING
Full‑time, 1st shift position located in Newport News, VA. Requires 10%–25% travel. Relocation assistance available. U.S. Citizen required.

The Role Performs on‑the‑job training, skills training, and classroom instruction in assembly and production areas. Participates in developing and implementing new training programs, introduces new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas, and maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records while monitoring trainees.
Marine Machinist Basic and Advance skills training
Selected candidates will complete a 2–3 month “train the trainer” assignment on‑site in Newport News, VA.
Must Have High School or GED and 5 years of additional education and/or experience.
Nice to Have
Proficient marine machinist skills (precision measurement, drilling, and tapping).
Strong communication skills with adult learners and ability to maintain good relationships with staff and students.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
