Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and continuous skill development.
Oversee the timely and effective repair of production machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.
Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory and MRO procurement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to schedule maintenance activities and support operational goals.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical proficiency across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance personnel.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance programs (e.g., CMMS).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing complex equipment failures and implementing root cause solutions.
Solid understanding of safety regulations (OSHA), quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proven experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
