We are hiring a Business Developer to acquire new accounts of Kymos in Europe and to be responsible for account management.
Key Responsibilities
Promoting the company's expertise in analytical services (Bioanalysis and CMC of small molecules, biologics and nucleic acids) as well as advanced therapies.
Managing existing relationships with Kymos' clients and partners.
Proactively exploring new business opportunities and identifying new clients.
Support the company in ongoing promotional activities, events, congresses and meetings.
Coordinating with the marketing department to develop proposals for customers.
Follow up on quotes, negotiate contract terms and solve any issues faced by customers.
Manage the CRM software (Salesforce).

While hybrid work from our headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain) is preferred, remote work may be considered for candidates based in selected European countries—preferably Spain, Italy, Germany or France.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields, preferably with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
2-5 years of work experience within pharmaceutical industry, as in pharma, biotech, CRO service providers and/or lab equipment & supplies, preferably in Sales Development or similar; experience working in biopharmaceutical market is a plus.
Native or professional-level English is required; Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
Availability for regular travel.
Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and achieve goals.
