Your Mission Your mission will be to generate new opportunities by identifying new students for the trainings we propose. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will be part of a team of 6‑10 Business Developers and your main responsibilities are:
Attract, find and convince new students to join our training programmes
Identify new students who will be successful in our training
Identify new leads by emailing prospects who could be interested in our training
Close 1‑3 sales each day
Source and be proactive to attract new students for the team and yourself
Organize LinkedIn or HubSpot email campaigns to set up meetings
Make outbound calls on qualified leads – leads that are aware of us and eager to talk
Use the CRM to enhance productivity and scalability
Manage all calls and meetings via HubSpot
Generate your own reports on leads you generate
Maintain personalized reminders and follow‑ups for ongoing leads
Overcome objections with diligence and assertivity
Listen to 2‑3 call recordings a week to improve your objection handling
Propose 1‑5 new ideas per month to improve our offers
Participate actively in Paradox’s in‑person and online events
Sell during events or webinars
Enjoy and engage with participants during our physical events
Assist and animate a minimum of 2 webinars per month
Must have
Autonomy & Leadership

Market Knowledge
– keen interest in personal development, coaching, entrepreneurship, or ed‑tech.
Sales Excellence
– strong communication, listening, and guidance skills; ready to be coached to become the best.
