The Procurement Analyst will support vendor management, including contract management, strategic sourcing, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have procurement experience, negotiation skills, and a track record of driving efficiency and cost savings. This role reports to the Head of Procurement and Vendor Management, ideally located in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, Texas, with some in-office presence as per the hybrid work policy. Responsibilities include: Developing procurement strategies aligned with the firm’s goals, including policies and procedures. Identifying, evaluating, onboarding vendors, and negotiating terms. Maintaining vendor relationships and monitoring performance. Managing the contract lifecycle from selection to renewal. Collaborating with legal to review and negotiate contracts. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Monitoring procurement spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Assessing and mitigating procurement risks. Supporting NDA processes, opportunity tracking, and sourcing strategies. Documenting procurement processes and developing toolkits. Maintaining the firm’s procurement system, Coupa. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. At least 3 years of procurement or vendor management experience, preferably in legal or professional services. Coupa experience preferred. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with procurement software and contract law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
