We are looking for a highly technical, strong communicator who thrives on leading complex projects. The Senior Project Executive – Pharma will lead the project team, guiding overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction project, primarily on site outside of Milwaukee with occasional office travel. Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety, contract requirements, and project financial forecast accuracy. Ensure a project‑specific quality plan and closeout plan aligned with owner contract and documents. Provide leadership to motivate the project team and maintain a positive work environment. Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set operational priorities. Account for subcontracting strategy and integrity of buyout process. Negotiate all contract aspects, lead risk mitigation plan implementation, and finalize draft contracts. Ensure compliance with insurance and bonds. Manage design phase of a GMP or design‑build project, leading and overseeing GMP/lump‑sum submissions. Oversee schedule planning for multiple projects, mitigating schedule risks. Develop understanding of local markets to lead networking strategy. Collaborate with business development for seamless integration with sales strategies and client capture plans. Drive profit optimization and gross profit margin tactics to achieve performance targets. Coach and develop career paths for team members. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Translate organizational strategy to ensure team alignment with strategic goals. Experience & Education

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 12–18 years of construction experience. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction required. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
