Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders in a production setting.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
Proficiency with manufacturing‑specific ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Familiarity with CAD/PLM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Windchill)
