Lead Plumbing Technician / Journeyman Plumber
Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning
is looking for a full‑time Lead Plumbing Technician / Journeyman Plumber to run service calls and install, repair, and modify residential equipment while ensuring everything meets state plumbing codes.
Pay: $28–$45 per hour; schedule: Monday–Friday, full time. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, vacation time, company phones and uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications
Journeyman plumbing experience of 2+ years
Valid Minnesota journeyman license
Competency with local plumbing codes – Twin Cities Area
Licensed good driver
Good communication skills and ability to lead; able to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a background check and periodic drug screenings
