We are seeking a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities
Research destinations, resorts, and itineraries tailored to each client's preferences. Assist with travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and excursions. Communicate clearly and promptly with clients throughout the planning and booking process. Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all confirmations are completed on time. Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations. Provide excellent post-travel support and follow-up. Qualifications
Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects. Team-oriented and enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their dream vacations. Experience in customer service, travel coordination, or hospitality is an advantage. What We Offer
