$79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure production continuity and minimize holding costs.
Develop and implement material planning strategies using MRP/ERP systems.
Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and material flow.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition and supplier performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials planning and warehousing teams.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for material management efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material handling processes and systems.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
>5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or operations within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in inventory control, demand forecasting, and production planning utilizing ERP/MRP systems.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize logistics.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proven experience in global sourcing and international logistics.
