Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods. Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers to mitigate risks and optimize the supply chain. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure material availability and specification adherence. Negotiate and manage long-term contracts and service agreements with key suppliers. Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced data analysis tools. Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for spend analysis and supplier performance optimization Experience with international sourcing and managing global supply chains Job Titles That Should Apply
