$105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in production planning, budgeting, and cost management within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent understanding of safety regulations, quality management systems, and compliance standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or a diverse workforce
