We are seeking a results-driven Commercialization Manager to lead and coordinate product-related projects across assigned categories, manage the product pipeline, and drive successful launches and changes to existing products. What you will do

Manage the full life cycle of product-related projects, including new product launches, change management of existing SKUs, and SKU discontinuations for assigned categories. Lead cross-functional meetings to review the product pipeline, provide status updates, realign goals, advise on project decisions, and ensure efficient use of time and resources. Understand stakeholder goals, objectives, and expectations; maintain strong communication with leaders and stakeholders concerning updates, deadlines, costs, and supply chain alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope, timeline, success criteria, and execution of new product introductions and changes (e.g., artwork changes, reformulations, supplier changes, packaging specifications). Coordinate trials and first production runs as needed. Use strong communication skills to deliver key projects cross-functionally, hold team members accountable for deliverables, and assist with conflict resolution. Create clear meeting agendas and actionable recaps to organize the team. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and develop tools to strengthen the commercialization and lifecycle management process. Work with the Commercialization Coordinator to oversee the artwork process and reprioritize as needed. Review and approve new item BOM setup for co-manufacturers and in TraceGains. Travel around 15% of the time. Your experience

5+ years of project management or related experience within the CPG industry is required. Knowledge of project management principles; PMP is a plus. Familiarity with project management software; knowledge of Asana is a plus.
