Project Manager Needed with experience in Land Development / $145k + Bonus / Environmental Compliance
Location: Irvine, CA | Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year (plus discretionary 20% bonus based on DOE)

Responsibilities
Estimate and develop appropriate project budgets and scopes
Ensure project tasks are completed within budget and on schedule
Monitor and report project updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members
Anticipate and prepare/delegate change orders and contract amendments
Identify and communicate project risks
Manage sub-contractors and vendors as needed
Leverage innovative solutions skills to navigate project complexities as needed
Ensure all internal and external interactions with team members, vendors, and clients meet expectations
Provide leadership and mentorship to the project management team and junior associates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related California work experience
Strong leadership ability
Experience with complex entitlement, CEQA, and post-entitlement processes required
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with advanced problem‑solving skills
Passion for learning all aspects of development and construction including CEQA and technical studies
Experience with development‑related software (e.g., Smart Sheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Bluebeam) preferred
Experience in reading technical reports, construction and design drawings, and municipal codes required
Construction permitting experience preferred
