Overview Our division tackles complex financial challenges, advising on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and more. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments.
Our Impact PSI provides debt underwriting and advisory services for state and local governments, public power and utility systems, transportation agencies, higher education organizations, hospitals, sports franchises, and other public projects. The multi‑functional group focuses on origination, structuring, and execution across the U.S. This role assists in structuring, executing, and leading municipal commodity prepayment transactions.
Responsibilities Vice President and associates gain exposure to the firm’s businesses. In this role, individuals will be deeply involved in modeling, document review, solution generation, and client coverage of a municipal client base. They will collaborate across divisions—commodities, credit sales and trading, and investment grade underwriting.
Basic Qualifications
Strong academic record; bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above (required)
At least two years experience in financial services, preferably in the public sector
Experience preparing marketing materials and responding to RFPs
Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent stakeholder/client relationship management experience
Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
Strong analytical background with experience working with large and complex data sets
Strong communication (verbal and written), multi‑tasking, and time management skills
Must be a collaborative team player
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with client coverage and execution of municipal or project finance transactions
Experience with debt structuring and capital markets execution
