Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or venue operations
Expertise in developing strategic plans and executing operational initiatives
Proven ability to manage large teams and multi‑department operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise management platforms
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the venue’s long‑term hospitality and business strategy
Direct all food, beverage, and guest experience operations
Align departmental goals with Levy’s company‑wide objectives
Build and nurture vendor and partner relationships
Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement best practices
Monitor performance metrics and lead improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards
