5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in spreadsheet modeling (i.e., Scenario Planning, Monte Carlo simulation, Sensitivity Analysis).
Experience in cloud capacity planning.
Preferred qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
Experience with product and technical aspects of infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise (B2B) businesses.
Experience supporting Cloud Leadership by synthesizing business context, Risk/Opportunities, and organizational priorities to deliver business goals.
Experience with stakeholder management, delivering effective presentations with insights and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, and creating relationships and collaboration across the organization (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain).
Excellent problem‑solving, strategic/investigative, and communication skills, particularly with executive‑level stakeholders.

As a part of the Machine Planning and Fulfillment team member, you will be in the front line of a new disrupting and fast‑paced Cloud product area. You will help drive Forecasting and Execution strategies by orchestrating alignment across Technical Program Manager’s, Program Manager’s and Data Science teams and incorporating business intelligence and baseline/event driven inputs.
In this role, you will drive process/system improvement initiatives with cross‑functional teams. You will also drive portfolio‑wide business strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to drive scale.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Lead Capacity Planning to support Cloud growth and enable $xx Business (with $xxxM Inventory Efficiency goal/Annual Operational Expenditure Spend of $xB) by driving Machine Capacity Deployment.
Manage Capacity Demand/Supply planning through cross‑functional engagement (via D/S Reviews, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OPs), MBRs/WBRs, and Steering Committees) to minimize capacity risks impacting Business, Spend, and Efficiency goals.
Drive capacity deployment strategies maximizing capacity availability to enable business while optimizing cost‑to‑serve to deliver Margin$/%.
Develop strategic capacity recommendations to the Cloud leadership by framing and structuring complex, ambiguous, business implications across a range of available data sets and analysis.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with the Engineering Developer team to drive System Automation initiatives.
