Role Description The Assistant Store Manager will support and collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee and optimize daily store operations, including inventory management, staff training, customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include mentoring and motivating team members, driving promotional strategies, and creating a welcoming and customer-centric retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Natick, MA, requiring availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Retail sales and customer service experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
Leadership and team management skills, including staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Organizational and operational skills related to inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and build customer relationships.
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities relevant to retail store management.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer skills.
Prior retail leadership or assistant management experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
