Clinical Director (BCBA)
Location 11560 Great Oaks Way, Alpharetta, GA 30022
Compensation Base: $100,000 - $128,000 per year. Total compensation: $100k - $110k base, $118k - $128k OTE.
Additional: $2,000 annual budget for conferences, dues, and professional development.
Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
About Elevation Autism Center Elevation Autism Center is a locally owned provider of early intervention ABA and Speech Therapy services for young children with autism. We specialize in serving children ages 1-6.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire and develop a team of 8-10 Behavior Analysts; guide professional growth with program development and supervision practices.
Clinic Culture: Foster an environment of safety, security, and HRE in the clinic.
Model Values: Serve as a role model for Elevation's values: Kind, Curious, Client-Centered, Adaptable, and Does the Right Thing.
Systems & Outcomes: Implement systems and processes to ensure consistent clinical outcomes.
Balance & Fun: Contribute to a positive workplace by having fun and not taking yourself too seriously.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
Passion for teaching, mentoring and developing other Behavior Analysts.
Exceptional self‑leadership, time‑management and communication skills.
Expertise in developing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive programming for young children diagnosed with ASD.
Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting ABA principles to caregivers and staff.
Full understanding of NET, DTT and developing communication skills for early learners.
Experience with key elements of running an effective center-based ABA program.
Full understanding of medical necessity criteria for autism spectrum disorder services.
Knowledge of typical childhood development across language, learning and social domains.
A humble, collaborative and solution‑based approach to problem‑solving.
