Grid Project Director Summary:
We’re hiring a Grid Project Director to lead a major portfolio of transmission, distribution, and substation EPC projects across the U.S. This role combines client leadership, commercial oversight, and project delivery at scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor Project Managers in a high-growth division
Manage client relationships and support business capture
Drive commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and risk management
Act as a cultural and safety leader across project teams
What We’re Looking For
Deep experience in T&D/Substation projects (overhead, underground, HV)
Background leading EPC or utility-scale power projects
Strong commercial leadership, including negotiating $50M+ contracts
Experience managing construction teams and complex risk profiles
15+ years industry experience (with 5+ years in senior PM or project leadership roles)
