Perfusionist – Orange County, CA – $50,000 Bonus
We are seeking a
Staff Perfusionist
to join our SpecialtyCare team in
Orange County, CA . This position supports six talented surgeons on an adult-only caseload that includes a mix of case types and some ECMO.

Position Requirements
Graduate of an accredited perfusion training program.
Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other company requirements for a perfusionist.
Ability to work on call; must live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Adaptable and thriving in a high‑stress environment.
Excellent communication and basic computer skills are essential.
Proven self‑starter who works well independently and as part of the OR team.

Salary Estimate $180,000 – $250,000 / year (based on specific skill set, education level, certifications, and years of experience).
