Regional VP of Operations As the Regional Director of the Central Region at the Plastic Surgery Center, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the operations, administration and staff, and engage in driving operational growth and program development in alignment with the Practice’s goals and mission. Reporting to the General Manager you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and the achievement of financial and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive excellence in our healthcare services.

Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgical offices Demonstrate active involvement in all billing and revenue cycle activities to assure compliance and high performance Participate in physician partnership meetings and strategic business plans. Hold full P&L oversight responsibility for your region. Monitor and optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, vendors, and community organizations. Represent the organization at regional meetings and conferences.

Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise staff within the region. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development. Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement. Assure the physicians are well communicated with regarding all staff matters.

Quality Assurance Ensure the Brand is maintained and evident Drive the highest level of patient engagement, satisfaction and care. Implement and monitor quality assurance and improvement programs. Investigate and resolve patient complaints or issues promptly. Ensure billing process integrity and accuracy. Develop and manage budgets for facilities in the region in conjunction with the corporate office. Monitor financial performance, manage expenses, and maximize revenue. Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.

Regulatory Compliance Stay updated on healthcare regulations and standards. Ensure that all facilities within the region adhere to legal and ethical guidelines. Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.

Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business strategies. Identify opportunities for expansion and growth. Analyze market trends and competition to inform decision-making.

Data Analysis and Reporting Gather and analyze data on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Generate regular reports and present findings to senior management. Use data insights to drive process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Extensive experience in multi-site healthcare management, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement. Strong consideration given to office-based practices, ASC management and dialysis management as examples. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Strong financial acumen, and budget management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Leadership and team-building skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to adapt to changing healthcare trends and technologies. Availability for regional travel and occasional evening work.

Pay Range: $100,000-$150,000 annually

the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
