Senior Vice President, Member Experience
Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President, Member Experience at Everlong Captive serves as a key executive leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously improving the end-to-end experience of all members within the stop‑loss captive. This role ensures that the organization provides exceptional service, transparent communication, and strategic value to employer‑members, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the captive lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the day to day activities of the Member Experience team
Oversee implementation of new clients, products and vendors by providing integral educational support
Help fuel captive growth by building and maintaining powerful client and broker relationships
Key involvement traveling to and driving Member Meeting agenda /execution
Conduct quarterly meetings to review performance reporting and deliver targeting recommendations
Help drive improved claims management performance by analysis, delivery of claims related information and reporting
Ability to analyze and validate data for correctness (census, plan designs, claim reports, etc.)
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
3 - 4 years' experience in an account management role with experience in medical stop loss and/or self‑funded insurance
You question the status quo to provide the best‑in‑class service with innovative solutions to issues (if and when they arise)
Previous experience giving presentations in large settings
Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
A thorough understanding of medical insurance terminology, concepts, and underwriting principles, as well as regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Able to make data driven decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment
Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills are a must!
