About the Role We’re looking for

Senior Software Engineers

to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI applications for our clients. As part of our founding engineering team, you’ll help define the standard for building production‑grade generative AI products across industries and use cases.

By your second project, you’ll have shipped more LLM‑powered applications across more domains than most AI engineers in the world. You’ll own projects end‑to‑end from initial design to deployment, collaborating directly with customers, leadership, and your fellow engineers to solve challenging, high‑impact problems.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop AI‑driven applications

that integrate seamlessly with client systems and deliver measurable business value.

Lead projects end‑to‑end

from requirements gathering, system architecture, and prototyping to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Collaborate closely with customers

(often technical leaders) to understand their goals, propose solutions, and iterate rapidly.

Drive engineering and cultural excellence

by shaping technical standards, mentoring others, and contributing to how we learn, hire, and grow as a team.

Experiment and innovate

with LLM frameworks, model integration, and emerging AI tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Who You Are

Experience:

10+ years of full‑stack or backend‑leaning software engineering experience.

Leadership:

Senior, Staff, or Engineering Leader (e.g., VP, Director, Head of, or CTO) with experience leading teams or technical projects.

Builder Mindset:

Proven ability to take ideas from

0 to 1 , end‑to‑end ownership of product development.

Technical Depth:

Worked on highly technical products, ideally

Built for engineers

or developer‑focused users.

Founder Mentality:

Experience as a

founder or founding engineer

is a strong plus.

Adaptable:

Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and creating clarity where none exists.

AI Enthusiast:

Demonstrated interest in

generative AI

(LLM‑based tools, LangChain, LangSmith, OpenAI API, etc.).

Collaborative Communicator:

Skilled at engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into technical solutions.

Hands‑On:

You still love to code and enjoy being an individual contributor while leading by example.

Our Tech Stack We are tech stack agnostic; we work in our customers’ environments and adapt as needed.

You’ll gain deep expertise across foundational model integrations, tools like

LangChain, LangSmith, Pinecone, OpenPipe, and ChromaDB , and various modern frameworks for building AI‑powered systems.

What a Typical Day Might Look Like

Serve as the tech lead on a client project, for example, automating a customer support workflow with AI agents or building a content moderation system powered by LLMs.

Spend the morning tackling a high‑priority feature (like building an evals suite or optimizing model performance).

Join a

customer standup

with the client’s CTO to review progress and make trade‑off decisions.

Participate in a

team lunch Standup , sharing updates and sparking discussions about new AI frameworks or tools.

End your day coding, mentoring peers, or joining a call with a potential client to discuss the technical feasibility of an upcoming project.

Soft Skills

Strong communicator who thrives in cross‑functional settings.

Collaborative and humble values, helping others, and asking for help.

Operates with integrity and a team‑first mindset.

Excited to shape not just products, but also

Culture and Strategy .
