Technology and Innovation – Associate Director (NetSuite) Apply to join Riveron’s Technology and Innovation practice as an Associate Director. You will engage with senior leadership (CFO, Controller, etc.), drive business development and sales, develop the practice, and lead the execution of client engagements.

Base pay range:

$120,000 – $210,000 per year

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

7+ years of implementation or optimization experience, including architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite

Experience leading or supporting full‑cycle NetSuite implementations

Ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP, CRM & PSA solutions

Mastery of Microsoft Office products

Consulting experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft is a plus

Experience with SaaS or cloud solutions is a plus

Certified NetSuite ERP consultant is a plus

Proven client relationship development and retention skills

Entrepreneurial spirit and solution‑oriented mindset

Adaptability in dynamic, changing environments

Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills suitable for client leadership and internal teams

Passion for best practices and challenging unnecessary customization

Desire to participate in Riveron culture and internal initiatives (community service, training, networking, etc.)

What You’ll Do Execute Projects

Collaborate with implementation team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions using best practices

Translate business requirements into specific NetSuite functionality

Lead client workshops to define implementation strategy and support business growth

Guide implementation teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live stabilization

Present solution designs to client IT and external stakeholders

Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and project components such as functional specifications, design, configuration, QA, training, and reviews

Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration teams for interfacing other applications with NetSuite

Support Business Development & Sales

Identify expansion opportunities on client engagements to cross‑sell Riveron services

Participate in pre‑sales meetings to assess effort and determine fit with NetSuite

Evaluate NetSuite modules, timelines, resource plans, level‑of‑effort, and fee estimates for implementation

NetSuite Practice Development

Develop and deliver NetSuite‑specific training, business development training, and collateral/template materials
