General Clerk III (GAO) Part Time: Schedule 7am - 11am

Job Title: General Clerk III (GAO) – Part Time (7am–11am)
EMCOR Government Services, Inc. is seeking a General Clerk III to support Building Services in Washington, DC. This role is a scheduled part‑time position (7am–11am) and is classified as an SCA position.
Responsibilities
Field customer requests via email and phone calls within Building Services.
Communicate coverage and status with CMMS staff to ensure all requests are tracked appropriately.
Create, complete, and close Maximo CMMS service requests, recording labor and actions as required.
Dispatch emergency or urgent requests and create the corresponding Service Order.
Generate individual tickets from Daily Work Order Logs and monthly firestopping submissions.
Review Maximo requests to verify accuracy and KPI compliance.
Run and review Open Service Order and Open PM reports for timely completion.
File all Maximo Service Order and Preventative Maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
Print monthly PMs as needed and provide to the Chief Engineer.
Research Maximo inquiries per management instruction.
Produce professional documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least two years of office experience, including strong MS Office skills.
Experience with Maximo preferred.
